Six steps, at your pace

From information to an informed decision

You decide whether to continue at each stage. The receiving hospital confirms clinical suitability, appointment availability and the final scope of care.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Describe the care you are looking for, your preferred destinations, language and timing. You can start with a question; you do not need to have selected a hospital.

    What you receive

A request that reflects your situation and priorities.

  2. 02

    Prepare the medical information

We help identify the reports and investigation results needed for a hospital's assessment. Share relevant documents through the request form or your patient account. The provider may ask for additional information or an online consultation.

    What you receive

A document checklist and the next questions to resolve.

  3. 03

    Compare the hospital's proposal

The hospital reviews the available information and proposes the next clinical step. Compare the planned services, doctor or department, dates and estimate. Ask what is included, what is optional and which costs can change after an examination.

    What you receive

A proposed care pathway and an estimate to review before committing.

  4. 04

    Prepare for the visit

Once you accept a proposal, confirm appointments, admission conditions and payment arrangements with the provider. We help coordinate the requested travel support, such as transfers, accommodation and document preparation. Confirm travel requirements before booking.

    What you receive

An agreed schedule, contacts and a practical preparation checklist.

  5. 05

    Attend your appointments

The treating team examines you and confirms or adjusts the care plan. Discuss clinical recommendations and consent directly with the medical provider. Your coordinator helps with the agreed organisational arrangements during the visit.

    What you receive

Clear information from the treating team and coordination of your visit.

  6. 06

    Plan your follow-up

Before leaving, ask the hospital for your discharge documents, recommendations and follow-up contacts. Agree how subsequent questions, results and consultations will be handled, including which services may carry an additional charge.

    What you receive

Your medical documents and a defined route for follow-up questions.

A useful starting checklist

Have what you already know ready. Your coordinator or the hospital will clarify anything else that is needed.

  • The question or treatment you want to discuss
  • Relevant reports, test results and current prescriptions
  • Your preferred dates, destination and language
  • A contact method and any accessibility or travel needs

Who is responsible for what?

Before you get started

Do I need to choose a hospital first?

No. Describe your request and preferences. You can use the catalogue to compare institutions while the information needed for a provider's assessment is being clarified.

Is a catalogue price the final price?

Published prices show the named service and its conditions. Your final estimate depends on the provider's assessment and the agreed scope. Request an itemised proposal, including exclusions and payment terms.

How long will a response take?

Timing depends on the hospital, specialty, completeness of the documents and consultation availability. Ask your coordinator about the expected next update for your request.

Where can I keep track of my request?

Use your patient account to review your requests and securely share relevant documents. The coordinator will confirm the communication arrangements for the selected provider.

Start with the question that matters to you.

Tell us what care you are considering. We will help you organise the information needed for the next step.

For an immediate medical emergency, contact local emergency services. An online coordination request does not provide emergency treatment.
